    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using CloudLaunch services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

    2. Service Description

    CloudLaunch provides cloud infrastructure services including but not limited to cloud computing, database solutions, security services, and analytics platforms. Services are provided on a subscription basis and are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

    3. User Responsibilities

    • • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
    • • Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • • Not engage in any activity that could harm our infrastructure
    • • Promptly notify us of any security breaches
    • • Ensure your content does not violate third-party rights

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment for services is due according to the billing schedule outlined in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

    • • Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt
    • • Late payments may result in service suspension
    • • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
    • • Currency is British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified

    5. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

    6. Data and Privacy

    Your data remains your property. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any data you store on our services.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudLaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to retrieve your data before it may be permanently deleted. Outstanding fees remain due after termination.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
