The project
What it is
FabMedic is our own product: a management system built for clinics and hospitals in East Africa. It keeps track of patients from the moment they're admitted to the moment they're billed, and gives doctors AI tools to help with diagnosis.
The problem
What needed solving
Clinics and hospitals in the region didn't really have software like this. The systems on the market were expensive and designed for hospitals elsewhere, so most providers went without. That left patient records scattered, processes slow and manual, and teams struggling to stay coordinated.
The solution
What we built
One record for every patient
Each patient's history, charts, prescriptions, and lab results sit in a single record the whole team can see.
Beds and appointments at a glance
Staff see which beds are free across wards in real time and book appointments by doctor and time slot.
Billing and AI support built in
Invoices are generated from the treatment given, and AI tools give doctors a second view when diagnosing.
